General Terms and Conditions

1. General information

These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Ajánlatra web application (the “Service”). The Service may only be used by accepting these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Ajánlatra is a voice-based quoting and survey application for professionals. It lets you build quotes, record customer details, attach photos, calculate prices automatically, and send finished quotes by SMS, email or public link for your customer to accept.

3. Registration and account

Registration is required to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep your password and access details confidential. You are responsible for the data stored in your account and for access to it.

4. User obligations

You must use the Service lawfully and without infringing the rights of others. You alone are responsible for the customer data you enter, including its accuracy, your right to use it and compliance with data protection law. The operator processes customer data solely on your instructions, as a data processor.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. The operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the application, except where caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The operator does not review the content of data and quotes recorded by users and is not responsible for their lawfulness.

6. Fees and payment

The Service is available in Free, Pro and Team plans. Prices shown are final; the Provider is exempt from VAT under the Hungarian small business scheme and does not charge VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each cycle. Payment is made by card via Stripe, and an invoice is issued for every payment. In the Team plan, each user above 5 is charged separately, billed pro rata.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; fees already paid are not refunded. If a payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period, after which the account switches to the Free plan.

8. Price changes

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change. Changes do not affect a period already paid.

8/A. Referral programme

Every user receives a personal referral code. A new user who signs up with the code gets their first month of Pro free, with a card on file. The referrer receives 1 month of Pro once the invited user has actually paid their first non-zero invoice. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash; subscribers receive an account credit, non-subscribers 30 days of Pro access. A referrer can earn at most 12 rewards in 12 months. Rewards may be refused for redeeming your own code, mutual invitations, or the same card or phone number; codes may be deactivated in case of abuse.

9. Team plan

The owner of a Team plan is responsible for use by its members. Quotes created by members belong to the company and remain with it.

10. AI-based features

Items and prices created from dictation are suggestions that you must check. You are responsible for the content, accuracy and prices of your quotes.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but outages may occur due to maintenance or faults. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

12. Right of withdrawal

Users who use the Service for business purposes are not entitled to the consumer right of withdrawal.

13. Changes to and termination of the Service

The operator may change the features, pricing and operation of the Service at any time with prior notice. You may delete your account at any time. The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service, in particular in case of serious breach of these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law

These Terms and the use of the Service are governed by Hungarian law. Hungarian courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
